Common questions

Is RAKE custodial? Does it hold my funds?

No. RAKE never holds tokens, never has access to your private key, and never signs transactions on your behalf. It reads your wallet state from the blockchain (public data) and sends you notifications. When you rebalance, you sign every transaction yourself in your own wallet.

Which chains and pools does RAKE support?

Currently: Base chain only. Supported pools: ETH/USDC 0.3% and cbBTC/USDC 0.3% on Uniswap V3. These are the two pools with enough volume to make LP profitable at $500+. More pools and chains are on the roadmap.

What is "one-tap rebalance" and what does it actually do?

When your position goes out of range, RAKE sends an alert with a Rebalance button. Tapping it opens the Mini App with a pre-calculated new range. You review it, tap Confirm, and your wallet opens to sign 3 transactions: remove liquidity, collect fees, mint new position. Total time: ~2 minutes. Gas: <$0.001 on Base.

Why not Gamma, Arrakis, or other LP managers?

Gamma and Arrakis are vault-based: you deposit tokens, they manage, you pay 0.5–2% of AUM per year. On $10K that's $100–200/year vs RAKE's $60/year flat. More importantly, you lose custody. RAKE keeps you in control. You decide when and how to rebalance. You sign everything.
